Swedish Massage: This form of massage is comprised mostly of long gliding "effleurage" strokes, friction and kneading of the soft tissue to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension, and release toxins from the body. Some cases this therapy can help: insomnia, stress, anxiety, headaches, and aches from chemotherapy.
Neuromuscular Therapy Massage: The goal of this massage is to determine the underlying cause of your pain so that we can treat your specific issue.
