Deep Tissue - Consisting of slower massage using heavier pressure that is meant to reach the deeper muscle tissue. 

Swedish Massage - This type of massage therapy is generally a full-body relaxing massage using light to moderate pressure. This allows for relaxation of the mind, body and spirit, as well as helps with increased circulation, better sleep, and an overall sense of well-being.
